FLASK privacy policy

Effective 18 October 2026

FLASK is a mobile game by ANA GAMES ("we"). This page says what data the game collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can control it. The game needs no account: we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.

1. What stays on your phone

Your progress, stars, settings and the record of delivered purchases are saved on the device and are not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes them.

2. What is collected and why

ServiceDataPurpose
Google Firebase Analytics An app installation ID; game events: levels started, won and lost, stars, hints, chapters opened, purchases, adverts shown, settings changed; device model, Android version, language, approximate country and region (from the IP address); the Android advertising ID only where no consent is needed for it, or once you have given it. To learn where the game is too hard or too easy, and to improve it.
Google Firebase Crashlytics A crash report: where in the program it happened, device model, Android version, free memory, the installation ID, and the level and screen open at the time. To find and fix bugs.
Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads The Android advertising ID, IP address, device and network details, adverts shown and tapped. To show adverts: the ones you choose to watch for a hint, and now and then one between levels (never for players who have bought anything). Personalised adverts only with your consent where the law requires it.
Google Play Billing Google handles the whole payment. We receive only a confirmation: which product was bought and its order number, never your payment details. To deliver what you bought and restore it after a reinstall.

We do not sell data and do not use it to identify you.

3. Consent

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game asks for your consent on first launch, before any advert is loaded. Without your consent adverts are not personalised and the advertising ID is not used for analytics. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy in the game.

You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android's settings: Settings → Google → Ads (the path differs slightly between phones).

4. Who processes the data

The data in section 2 is processed by these service providers, each under its own policy:

Their servers may be outside your country, including in the United States. Data is sent over an encrypted connection.

5. How long data is kept

Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for 90 days, then deleted. The advertising services state their own retention periods in their policies.

6. Children

The game is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

You can refuse personalised adverts (section 3), reset the advertising ID, and stop all collection by uninstalling the game. The installation ID changes when the game is reinstalled. To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to us; since we do not know who you are, please give your phone model and roughly when you played.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
